Project Highlights:

• A large OEM needed valuable floor space preoccupied by a sprawling manual assembly workflow and tasked us with generating a better work cell with a smaller footprint.  We developed a compact machine with easier part handling and semi-automatic operation that met their requirements.  The customer gained steady production, improved the work environment and removed a potential hazard.  

• Our customers also see directives to produce more products in the same space.  For example, a company asked us to help double their production and squeeze in two additional product lines into the same floor plan.  This company is now producing more than double its previous output thanks to their efforts in facility layout, LEAN manufacturing and 1-piece flow.
