Bekkala Enginerring (BE) was established in 2002 as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of industrial automation and machinery for Midwest companies.
We invent, design and build equipment from lawn mower blade straighteners to waterjet cutting tools to assembly automation.

Andrew Bekkala, Ph.D., P.E.
Holds a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Minnesota and California. Andrew is a Professor Emeritus from St. Cloud State University in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. With 40+ years of experience, Andrew has a long track record of developing and implementing controls solutions for manufacturing problems as well building automated machinery. Andrew is a subject matter expert in machine control.

Gordon Bekkala, P.E.
Holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from St. Cloud State University, M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Minnesota. With 20+ years of experience, Gordon has in-depth industry experience in filtration and high volume manufacturing. He has completed numerous machine design and automation projects from ideation to installation. Gordon is a driving force for new business and creative solutions.
