Measurement
A customer wanted a device and methodology to produce accurate data from harsh test conditions (sledge hammer) and unique materials. The current devices were expensive to replace and easily damaged during the testing process.

Finite element analysis
1/4 symmetry analysis of a mechanical component. Results helped isolate source of fatigue loading failure and necessary design changes to prevent re-occurrence.
